Hortus Restaurant is part of the ‘Olde Hansa family’ but is a specialised seasonal restaurant opening its doors between April and September each summer.
Hortus – or ‘garden’ in English – has a menu demonstrates the excellence and depth of Estonian farmers and their produce. Using only the best and venerated local farms, Hortus offers dishes ranging from poultry to beef, and salads made from the very best seasonal vegetables and fruits.
Although Hortus remains true to the Olde Hansa philosophy of cuisine the desire of this restaurant is provide fresh, local and healthy dishes in a medieval setting.
NEWS: Hortus Restaurant is opening its doors again this Christmas and New Year to companies and private individuals wishing to have any private or group celebration. The menu will revert to the traditional Olde Hansa Christmas menu with options to create a bespoke menu also available. Please contact us for more details.
