As a special treat we offer you one of the new dishes, that our head chef Emmanuel Wille has prepared – Slow-cooked veal, marinated in sherry and accompanied by a delicious parsnip puree. This delightful dish is not in our main menu yet, so be sure to mention it while booking or ask about it from our servants.
