With the greatest pleasure we announce that the house of the rich merchant will take a step forward and both our beloved menu and surroundings of it will have a fresh look.
While the new menu is waiting for some final touches, but we already offer the first flavours! May we introduce to you – slow-cooked veal, marinated in sherry and accompanied by a delicious parsnip puree! This truly mouth-watering dish is available for all guests since February the 4th, and all the first tasters of this glorious dish will get our house coffe with St. John’s cake as a present from our house lord.
